Canceling your Spring subscription

1. On the homepage menu, click on profile tab and select account menu to go to your Account settings.
2. Under billing plan section, click Cancel Plan to unsubscribe.

Your subscription will be canceled after your current billing period. You’ll still have access to Spring features until then. Your designs and your Brand Kit will all be saved so you can use it as soon as you upgrade to Spring again. To avoid unplanned charges, we recommend canceling your subscription at least a day before it renews. Spring fees and payments follow the GMT timezone, so waiting to do it last minute may already be too late.

Can’t cancel your subscription?

• You can only cancel your subscription using the device that you used to upgrade. Make sure you’re also logged into the right account and team.
• If your most recent payment failed or if it didn't go through, settle it first.
